Hispanic Ministries

St. Francis Hispanic Ministries serves to help with the growing Hispanic population in Greenville.  An after school program was launched for 55 children of low-income Hispanic families in January 2007.  The program provides homework assistance, tutoring, sports and educational games.  The Hispanic Ministry Center is located at and coordinated by St. Francis Episcopal Church.  506 Edwards Road, Greenville, SC 29615.

St. Francis needs tutors to assist children with math and reading homework weekdays between 2:30-6:00pm.  Volunteers do not need to be bilingual.  All children speak English.  Volunteers are asked to commit to coming once or twice a week for an hour.
