Faith Development: Children

Children’s Communion Class: Wednesdays through February 8

Each year our clergy lead a communion class tailored toward helping children in grades 2-5 both understand and respond to the Eucharist. The class is designed for children who already receive, as well as those children who will truly be participating in their first communion.

The class will meet in the Graham Library on the second floor of the Parish House and is scheduled from 6:30 - 7:30 PM to coincide with our regular Wednesday night program. The children will participate in a special service and brunch on February 12, 2012.

Sunday Morning Offerings

Nursery (Infants - K2)

Nursery is provided for children, infants - K2, from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Sunday morning. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment so that each child -- and their parents -- have a positive experience. Our nursery rooms are staffed by caring volunteers who sow the seeds of trust that we hope will one day lead to a trust in Christ. We strive to instill Biblical concepts, even to the youngest children in our program. When the weather permits, children will enjoy one of the outdoor play areas. K2 children have an age-specific worship service, led by volunteer coordinators. Contact Ann Leineweber, Nursery Coordinator, for any questions you have about the nursery or if you would like to volunteer.
