Children's Choirs Return Wednesday, September 11, 5:15 PM
Does your child like to sing? Come make a joyful noise in Christ Church’s Children’s Choirs! Choirs return to rehearsal on Wednesday, September 11. All choirs will meet on the second floor of the Parish House. Questions? Contact Donald Duncan, 282.3118.

Cub and Scout Troops at Christ Church
Do you have a child who would like to join a Scout BSA troop? Cub Pack 511 is available for rising 1st - 5th grade and meets on the 2nd Monday of the month. BSA Troop 511 is available for rising 6th - 12th graders and meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. If you are interested in Cub Scouts, contact Cubmaster, Dean Cavalier. If you are interested in Scouts BSA, contact Olivier Salamin, 905.8868.

Children's Library Open!
Children's Ministries is very excited to announce that we have opened a Children's library! The library is located on the second floor of the Parish House between room 215 and 217 and is open for all to check out Christian and secular children's books. Instructions on how to check out the books is on the bookcase. We hope you will encourage the children in your life to check out books! If you have any questions about the library, please contact Lauren Briles.

Sunday Morning Offerings

Sunday School - September through May

3K - 4K SUNDAY SCHOOL, 9:30 – 10:15 am – Room 122

5K - 5th GRADE, 9:30 -10:15

Join us in an action-packed, high-energy, VBS-style Sunday school in Room 200 of the All Saints Center at 9:30 Sunday mornings.

  • There will be a drive-by drop-off. Kids may be dropped-off at the front of the All Saints Center. Be sure our adult volunteer checks-in your child as you drop them off.

  • At drop-off, let a volunteer know if one of your children is in 5K and needs to be escorted to FaithSteps after Sunday School.

  • Donuts provided for children dropped off between 9:15 and 9:30.

  • Nametags will be in the All Saints Center.

  • Sunday School time includes music, Bible story, arts and crafts, games, and drama.

  • Kids will be divided into two age groups (5K – 2nd and 3rd-5th) as they travel station to station.

  • Pick up is at 10:15 in Room 200 of ASC unless your child is 5K and going to FaithSteps.


Infants - Rising K3: 9:15 AM - 12:15 PM, Parish House, 1st Floor (Year-Round)
We provide a safe, warm, and unconditionally loving environment for the children entrusted to our care. We offer stories, activities, a snack, and, when the weather permits, children will enjoy one of the outdoor play areas. Contact Emily Dunlap for questions about the nursery or if you would like to volunteer. Infants (3 - 23 months) will be in room 107 and 24 months to 2 year-olds will be in room 112. When a child is three years old by August, he or she will move out of the nursery wing to the 3 year old Sunday School Classroom.

FaithSteps: 10:15 AM, Parish House, Room 127 (September - May)
A worship alternative for children in K3 - K5/Primer during the 10:30 AM service. Teams of parents lead a chapel service, crafts, games, and serve a light snack.

Children's Church: 10:30 - 11:45 AM, Historic Church, Choir Room (September - May)
An age appropriate worship service geared toward K5 - 2nd graders. The children join one of our clergy for a Bible lesson and music. They return to the main worship space in time for Eucharist with their family.

Photo Release

We love taking photos and videos during Christ Church events to build community among parishioners and further the ministry. These photos and/or videos may be used in the Sunday bulletin, weekly eblast, on our website, in various publications and on social media websites. If you would not like us to use a photo of your child, please email Lauren Briles.


On occasion we will serve a special snack in Sunday School or FaithSteps. If your child has a food allergy that we should be aware of please contact Lauren Briles.

Christ Church Episcopal Preschool
