2013 Vacation Bible School: Everywhere Fun Fair
Vacation Bible School will be held the week of June 17-21 from 9:00 AM to noon each day. Children currently in K3-2nd grade will enjoy a traditional VBS filled with worship, crafts, music and fun as they dive in and discover how God’s World Comes Together during Everywhere Fun Fair. Children currently in 3rd-5th grade will go out into the community to share the love of Christ at a variety of local agencies. Registration has now closed for this year's VBS.

Vacation Bible School is our single largest ministry for young children at Christ Church. It takes lots of dedicated adults and teenagers to make our program successful. Classroom leaders are our biggest need, but help is needed in every area of this ministry! Everyone who registers their child is asked to support this exciting program by volunteering in some way, large or small. Download a form to sign up to volunteer!
Sunday Morning Offerings
Nursery and Childcare
Infants - rising K5: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Parish House
We provide a safe, warm and unconditionally loving environment for the
children entrusted to our care. We offer stories, activities, a snack
and when the weather permits, children will enjoy one of the outdoor
play areas. Older children have an age-specific worship service led by
volunteer coordinators. Contact Ann Leineweber, Nursery Coordinator, 271.8773, for questions about the nursery or if you would like to volunteer.
Please note that we are currently taking a break from Sunday School, FaithSteps and Children's Church as part of our summer schedule. Join us in the fall beginning September 8!
Preschool and Kindergarten/Primer (K3 - K5)
Children’s Church: 9:00 - 10:15 AM, Church Undercroft
An age appropriate
worship service geared toward children in K5 – 2nd grade and is held as
part of the 9:00 AM service in the church. The children join one of
our clergy and our children’s choir director downstairs in the
undercroft for a Bible lesson and music. They return to the main church
in time for Eucharist with their family.
FaithSteps: 9:00 - 10:15 AM, Parish House, 1st Floor
A worship alternative for children in K3 – K5/Primer during the 9:00 AM service. Teams of parents lead a chapel service, crafts, games, and serve a light snack. This program is located on the first floor of the Parish House in room 127.
Sunday School: 10:15 - 11:00 AM, Parish House, 1st Floor
A brand new curriculum
titled Grow – Proclaim –
Serve! will help our preschoolers grow their faith by leaps and bounds! This
curriculum is first and foremost a Bible study. Each week our preschoolers will
hear the Bible story, apply the Bible message, and then live out the message in
their lives in concrete and age-appropriate ways.
Elementary School (1st - 5th grade)

Our rotation format is back for another year! Designed to teach Bible
stories and concepts through child friendly multimedia workshops, we
will offer classes in art, music, science, cooking, games, computer
activities and more. Look for the rotation sign to check your weekly
room assignment

Christ Church Episcopal Preschool
