Membership Information

We welcome and encourage you to become a member of Christ Church!  The following statement from our canons (the rules which govern our church life) set forth the basis for membership:

"All persons who have received the Sacrament of Holy Baptism with water in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, whether in this Church or in another Christian Church, and whose Baptisms have been duly recorded in this Church, are members thereof."

Which means that:

If you have never been baptized, and are baptized here, you become a member of Christ Church.
- Or -
If you were baptized in another Church (either another Episcopal Church or another Christian Church), and you transfer the record of that baptism to us, you become a member of Christ Church.
