Ongoing and periodic Bible and other studies for men, women, or both are held throughout the week during the day and in the evening.

Mondays

Spiritual Living: 10:30-11:30 a.m., Parish House, Thomas Library. Led by Annette Cook. A group of men and women of all ages studying and praying together. Class members read, study, discuss and apply what we learn to our lives. Currently, we are reading The Will of God by Leslie Weatherhead. In September we will begin reading Scott Peck’s The People of the Lie. You are welcome to join us for a particular book, or as you are able. 

St. Francis Bible Study: 12:15-1:15 p.m., Parish House, Earle Conference Room. Lib Ann Harrison will facilitate the class on the book Adventurous Prayer. This is a 12 week study which uses a Women of Faith study guide. The study uses Scripture passages to guide us to "loving exchanges with our all-knowing, all-seeing, all-powerful God." The study guides are $10.00 and available in the Episcopal Book and Gift Store.

Monday Night Men's Group: 6:00-7:30 p.m., Parish House, Graham Library. Led by Tom France. Men of diverse ages building a Biblical faith through fellowship and study.

Men's Spirituality Group: 6:30-8:30 p.m., Parish House, Room 223. Led by Ron Gregory and John Morrison. Small group discussion of the daily lessons, books and films. Men of diverse ages supporting and mentoring one another through fellowship, prayer, and Lectionary based Bible study.

Tuesdays

Into the Bible: 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, Parish House, Thomas Library. Into the Bible is not so much a formal study, as it is an opportunity to learn the joy of regular Bible reading with others who are also learning the Bible’s narratives. Join us as we read the Bible together!

Beyond Disciples: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 noon, Parish House, Room 222. Led by Jimsie Hart. We are continuing our study of the Gospel of John with Waylaid by the Light by John Barr and Barclay's The Gospel of John 2. 

Wednesdays

Women's Bible Study: 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, All Saints Center, Room 100 (Room 200 on the 3rd Wednesday of each month). Open to all women in the Parish and beyond, this group will begin September 15 with a dynamic new study of the Revelation to John by Anne Graham Lotz called The Vision of His Glory, followed by other similar studies. Facilitated by Lou O'Brien and Lib Ann Harrison. 

Centering Prayer: 12:15-1:30 p.m., Parish House, Arrington Room, meets year-round. Becoming closer to God by listening quietly. Discussion and education with a period of silent meditative prayer.

Fridays

Men's Prayer Breakfast: 7:00 a.m., Parish House, McCall Parlor. Weekly guest speakers. Meets year-round. Breakfast is $6.00 and you must RSVP by Thursday at noon to Jennifer Hedden at 271-8773 ext. 128. Register here for your breakfast.
