Faith Development: Senior Adults

Through trips, classes, lunches and programs we engage each other and challenge ourselves to continue our transformational encounters with Christ. Christ Church Senior Adults enjoy fellowship and Christian community while blessing the parish and city with our depth of spiritual maturity and wisdom.

Events

Grief Work Check-In: Sunday, February 18, 12 noon - 1:00 PM, Thomas Library
The third Sunday of every month, anyone wishing to share their grief journey is welcome to join us for conversation and support. Your grief need not be new or involve a death, as our loss comes from many sources. Contact Annette Cook, 672.4141, to participate or if you want more information.

Lunch Bunch: Tuesday, February 27, 11:30 AM, California Dreaming, 40 Beacon Drive
Food and fellowship: two of the oldest Christian traditions for a good reason. Taste summer and get warm. Reservations are due by Friday, February 23.

Small Groups

We offer several opportunities to meet others and grow in your faith through study and discussion.  Read about the Small Groups offered throughout the week.

Ongoing Events

Wednesday Morning Fellowship: 11:00 AM
Coffee Area Outside the Chapel

Worship and fellowship in this setting create the perfect atmosphere to meet parishioners, solidify friendships, and enjoy a mid-week break. We gather in the coffee area outside Markley Chapel for light refreshments and fellowship following the service.

Worship at the Cascades: Every third Friday of the month, 10:30 AM
10 Fountainview Terrace, 29607

The Rev. Jeffrey Meadowcroft celebrates the Eucharist at the Cascades the 3rd Friday of each month. Everyone is invited to join our Christ Church residents for an informal, holy time.
