Summer is a busy time, and it flies by before you know it! Why not let Food Ministries at Christ Church handle your Wednesday dinners? We are offering delicious, healthy dinners to enjoy with family, entertain friends, or purchase for someone in need.

Order online at www.ccgsc.org, fill out a blue WELCOME CARD on Sunday, or contact Amy Malik, 282.3117. Dinners can be picked up in McCall Parlor from 4:30 - 6:00 PM on the pick-up date. You can order for the entire summer or weekly. Please include payment with your order.

Southern Marinated Grilled Salmon Cobb Salad
Rubbed with fresh herbs and, ginger and smoked paprika. Served on a bed of mixed greens and kale and served with heirloom tri-colored tomatoes, Applewood bacon, avocado, asparagus, spiced southern pecans, goat cheese and cucumbers and served with a zesty white balsamic vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Greek Style Lemon Chicken Kebobs
Grilled boneless breast of chicken marinated in lemon, fresh oregano, garlic and sumac served on a bed of greens with fresh chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, couscous salad and herbal roasted chick peas with balsamic vinaigrette.

Peach Tarte Tatin
Layers of fresh peaches, caramel and brown sugar
Served with fresh berries and Chantilly cream

Crab Cakes with Citrus and Chives
Maryland blue crab tossed with citrus, basil and chives, then breaded in panko bread crumbs served on lime, cilantro and gingered slaw and garnished with roasted pepper remoulade and vegetable garnish.
