Summer is a busy time, and it flies by before you know it! Why not let Food Ministry at Christ Church handle your Wednesday dinners? We are offering delicious, healthy dinners to enjoy with family, entertain friends, or purchase for someone in need.

Order online at www.ccgsc.org, fill out a blue WELCOME CARD on Sunday, or contact Amy Malik, 282.3117. Dinners can be picked up in McCall Parlor from 4:30 - 6:00 PM on the pick-up date. You can order for the entire summer or weekly. Please include payment with your order.

Crab Cake With Citrus and Chives
Maryland blue crab tossed with citrus, basil and chives, and then breaded in panko bread crumbs served on lime, cilantro, and gingered slaw.
Garnished with roasted pepper remoulade and vegetable garnish.

Honey and Buttermilk Infused Cheesecake

Served with mascarpone and cream cheese, garnished with fresh marinated berries and mint.

Flank Steak Thai Salad with Roasted Basil and Mint Brussels Sprouts
Flank steak in lime, fresh ginger, sriracha, garlic and toasted sesame oil and grilled. Served on a bed of fresh greens and thin rice noodles with diced English cucumbers, pocked carrots, daikon radish, sugar snap peas, crushed peanuts and crisp wontons with fresh lime vinaigrette.
Homemade Spiced Carrot Cake
South Carolina cream cheese buttercream with three layers of caramel pecan oat streusel and caramel sauce.

Under the skin boneless breast layered with ham, provolone, artichokes, and basil. Served with exotic mushroom fricassee sauce, fragrant brown basmati rice, and fire roasted zucchini and tomato.
Strawberry Rhubarb "Pop Tarts"
Pastry filled with fresh strawberries and citrus infused rhubarb,
served with a fresh berry and Limoncello glaze.

Rubbed with fresh herbs and, ginger and smoked paprika Served on a bed of mixed greens and kale and served with heirloom tri colored tomatoes, Applewood bacon, avocado, asparagus, spiced southern pecans, goat cheese and cucumbers and served with a zesty white balsamic vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Greek Style Lemon Chicken Kebobs
Grilled boneless breast of chicken marinated in lemon, fresh oregano, garlic and sumac served on a bed of greens with fresh chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, couscous salad and herbal roasted chick peas with balsamic vinaigrette.

Peach Tarte Tatin
Layers of fresh peaches, caramel and brown sugar
Served with fresh berries and Chantilly cream
