If you like to serve God by caring for the earth he so lovingly created, consider being part of the Green Team at Christ Church. The Green Team will first develop a vision of what Christ Church would look like green and then implement a plan that supports the vision. The Christ Church Office Help Ministry

Interested in supporting the ministries of Christ Church? Do you enjoy administrative tasks? Looking for a place to fellowship? The Office Help Ministry may be the place for you. Each Thursday morning (9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon), several volunteers gather to do office work that has been requested by staff members. Tasks will vary from week to week but could include making copies, hand-addressing invitations, organizing, or assembling notebooks. Computer skills are not necessary but are always welcomed. Suggested commitment is one or two Thursdays a month. Ministry does not operate in June and July. Will resume in August. Contact Patty Tate for more information or to sign-up. 

The Christ Church Mailing Ministry

The Mailing Ministry is just like it sounds - we make copies, fold and stuff letters, put address labels on envelopes or postcards, seal envelopes and the like. This is an opportunity for much fun and fellowship! The Mailing Ministry at Christ Church helps us to be good stewards of God's money by minimizing the costs of bulk mailings. As we tend to have several mailings a month, we expect those who are participating in this ministry to volunteer once a month. During the early summer, we expect to have few mailings. We will be needing more volunteers in early August through the fall when we have the most mailings. Contact Patty Tate to become a part of this vital ministry or with questions.
