Regular School Day

At CCEP, we offer our Regular School Day from 9AM until 1PM. Carpool begins at 8:45AM. Afternoon carpool begins at 1PM.

Early and Late Stay

Monday through Friday of each week, we offer Early Stay from 7:30-8:45AM and Late Stay from 1-5:30PM. Parents may register their children on a scheduled basis.

All early and late-stay hours are billed alongside regular tuition hours and can be seen on your monthly invoice after it occurs. For instance, your child's early/late-stay hours for August will show up on September's invoice. You are charged only for the time that you use, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

Summer Program

CCEP hosts summer programming with each week having a different theme. For the summer, we extend our enrollment for up to rising 3rd grade students. The hours are the same as during the school year, including early and late stay. Current students, newly enrolled students, and older siblings of current students get priority for our summer program.

Busy Bees

Each fall and spring, Busy Bee sessions are offered for our K3 and K4 students. These are extra-curricular opportunities that are an additional fee on top of late stay. Current sessions include: Challenge Island, Kung-Fu, Soccer Shots, and dance.
