Once a spot is offered to a family, a non-refundable enrollment fee is required to secure the child's spot. The fee is $200 per child for Christ Church Episcopal members and $250 per child for non-members. 

Currently-enrolled students who return paperwork by the deadline set by CCEP are guaranteed a spot for next year but are not guaranteed their first choice of days enrolled.

Children are enrolled into Christ Church Episcopal Preschool (CCEP) by the following priority order:

• 1st Priority Students currently enrolled at CCEP.
• 2nd Priority Children of CCEP Staff and Christ Church Episcopal Staff.
• 3rd Priority Siblings of students currently enrolled at CCEP.
• 4th Priority Children of Christ Church Episcopal School (CCES) Staff who are also Christ Church Episcopal Members.
• 5th Priority Children of Christ Church Members in good standing.
• 6th Priority Siblings of CCEP Alumni.
• 7th Priority Children of CCES Staff who are not members of Christ Church Episcopal.  
• 8th Priority The general public.

The process continues until all vacancies are filled.
