Parents play a vital role at CCEP through volunteering and classroom involvement. You're encouraged to be an active part of the Parent Volunteer Committee, where we hope you’ll meet other parents and find engaging ways to be involved in your child’s school life.

If you are interested in learning more, please contact JoAnn Pusateri.

Drop off is from 8:45 AM until 9AM. Being on time starts the day right for both the child and the class. When children have a predictable routine at school, it is easier on everyone.

Staff members will be stationed from the wrought iron gate entrance down to the end of the playground. They will walk children into the building where staff will be waiting to direct them into their classrooms.

We have found that children make smoother transitions when they separate from their parent at carpool.

Pick-up is from 1 PM until 1:15PM and 2:30 until 2:45PM. Children will be picked up in the covered circular drive off Washington by McCall Parlor. Cars queue from Broadus, come through the parking lot curve and turn right onto Washington, into the covered, circular portico. Children will wait in McCall. Cars will only be permitted to turn right out of the portico.

In the case of severe weather, children will be dropped off and picked up in the covered circular drive off Washington by McCall Parlor. Cars should queue from Broadus, come through the parking lot curve and turn right onto Washington, into the covered, circular portico. Children will wait in McCall. Cars will only be permitted to turn right out of the portico.

CCEP encourages open communication between parents and staff. We appreciate the confidence you place in us for the care of your child, and we want you to feel well-informed about all aspects of your child’s experience at the preschool. We especially want you to feel comfortable contacting us with any concerns.

Please email JoAnn Pusateri with any questions or suggestions that you feel could make CCEP a better environment for your child. We ask that you include your name within your email, so we may get back in touch with you to talk about your suggestion.
