Chicken Croquettes
Poached chicken with fresh herbs, béchamel, nutmeg, and parmesan, breaded in panko and served with chicken gravy, parmesan asiago mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans with toasted almonds.

Chopped greens with tomatoes, olives, onions, cucumber, feta, and red wine vinaigrette.
